Bytheway, During your visit to the USA for CS exam you will need to do observerships in ACGME certified residency programs to get US LORs to make your residency application strong enough to get interviews, all these programs offering observerships and externships in almost all specialties are gathered here: USCE OBSERVERSHIPS AND EXTERNSHIPS
An important thing also to know when you are selecting your programs to apply to during the match is that you must select the IMG friendly programs to get interviews. It will be difficult for you alone to guess which are IMG friendly without the help of the lists in various specialties available for low prices through amazon. You can find the link to each one on the top of this page. You will need these lists between July and August when you start selecting the programs in your ERAS application hoping you will get interviews to rank them in your NRMP account.
